By accessing or using ActuallyGo through our website or mobile application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

ActuallyGo is a travel information platform that provides: - Tourism information (tourist spots, accommodations, restaurants, shopping) sourced from the Korea Tourism Organization Open API - Original travel tips and guides created by ActuallyWorks - User review and rating features - Favorites and bookmark functionality - Multilingual support (English, Korean, Japanese, Chinese) The Service is provided free of charge. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

Some features of the Service require a Google account for authentication. By signing in, you agree to: - Provide accurate account information - Maintain the security of your account credentials - Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account - Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Users may submit reviews, ratings, and other content ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you: - Retain ownership of your content - Grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content in connection with the Service - Represent that your content is accurate, does not violate any third-party rights, and complies with applicable laws The Company reserves the right to remove User Content that: - Contains false or misleading information - Is offensive, abusive, or discriminatory - Infringes intellectual property rights - Contains spam or commercial advertising - Violates applicable laws or regulations

When using the Service, you agree not to: - Use the Service for any unlawful purpose - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems - Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers - Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without permission - Impersonate any person or entity - Submit false or misleading reviews - Harass, threaten, or harm other users - Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content - Use the Service in any manner that could damage or overburden our infrastructure

Tourism data (tourist spots, accommodations, restaurants, shopping) is sourced from the Korea Tourism Organization Open API and is subject to its public data terms of use. Travel Tips and original guides are the intellectual property of ActuallyWorks Co., Ltd. and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written consent. The ActuallyGo name, logo, and branding are trademarks of ActuallyWorks Co., Ltd. User-generated content remains the property of the respective users, subject to the license granted in Section 4.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. The Company is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party services. The Service uses the following third-party services: - Google Firebase for authentication and analytics - Korea Tourism Organization Open API for tourism content - Google Cloud Platform for hosting Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Company does not warrant that: - The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure - Tourism information will be accurate, complete, or up-to-date - The Service will meet your specific requirements - Any defects will be corrected Tourism information is sourced from the Korea Tourism Organization and other public sources. The Company does not independently verify all information and is not responsible for inaccuracies in third-party data. Travel decisions should be made using multiple information sources. The Company is not liable for any consequences arising from reliance on information provided through the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: - Loss of profits, data, or goodwill - Service interruption - Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data - Any damages resulting from travel decisions based on information from the Service The Company's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to the Company in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of: - Your use of the Service - Your violation of these Terms - Your violation of any third-party rights - User Content you submit

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you should discontinue use of the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time. The Company may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, the following provisions survive: Sections 4 (User Content license), 6 (Intellectual Property), 8 (Disclaimer), 9 (Limitation of Liability), 10 (Indemnification), and 13 (Governing Law).

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.

- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Service. - Severability: If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. - Waiver: The Company's failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision. - Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without the Company's prior written consent.
